Frequently asked questions 

1. When should I book my rental?  We aim to accommodate any dates that we have available, but we suggest you book as soon as your event is booked to ensure we have rentals available for your date.

2. How do I book my rental? Give us a call, send us an email, or fill out the form below. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

3. How many people can your trailer accommodate? Our 3-stall trailer can accommodate a 200 person event.

4. When will the trailer be dropped off and picked up? The restroom may be delivered up to one day before and picked up one day after the rental period, subject to availability. The Rentor and Rentee will coordinate a delivery window of 2-4 hours at least one week prior to the event.

5. Do I need to be there for delivery? We request that someone who knows the site and where the electrical and water supply are located be there for drop off.

6. Do your trailers have heat and A/C? Yes our trailers come standard with heat and A/C in each unit.

7. How large are your trailers? Our 3 stall trailer is 19 feet long by 6 feet wide. You should account for an area big enough to access both sides of the trailer including the left side (maintenance room) and the right side (entry doors to stalls)

8. Do you have a tent or a cover that can be put in front of the steps? Yes for an additional cost we have a 20x10 tent that can be set up in front of the steps. This can be added on to your rental agreement last minute in case of rain!
